Return Policy


30-Day Home Trial

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from familyselfcare.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your product to us.

You have to notify your decision by written declaration specifying your name and first name, email, address, telephone number and order date:

Returns

The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days after having communicated his decision to withdraw. Returned products must be unopened, complete and undamaged in its original unopened packaging.

 

Refund

  • In the event of the Customer's withdrawal, Family Self Care will reimburse the Customer for the amount of the returned Products. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one the Customer used for his order or by bank transfer. Please note that to receive a refund, your product must not have been opened and must be in perfect condition in its original packaging.
  • In the event of a proven defect, Family Self Care undertakes to reimburse or exchange the defective or non-compliant product(s) and to bear any return costs within fourteen (14) days.

Upon receipt of your product if you meet the conditions mentioned, you will be reimbursed within one month. Your refund will be made by the same means of payment that you used during the initial transaction.

Please note, the buyer is held responsible if the product is damaged upon return. Consider purchasing insurance from the carrier.

Warranties


Family Self Care guarantees the SelfCare1® for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original buyer against failures due to manufacturing or material defects occurring based on normal utilization of the device. This warranty does not apply to the cartridges and accessories, or
to any part whose wear and tear is normal during the warranty period.

It does not cover aesthetic deterioration caused by regular usage, faulty maintenance or damage caused by accidents, improper use or negligence. Any attempt to open or dismantle the device (or its accessories) will render the warranty null and void. The warranty does not apply if the device is not connected in compliance with the instructions, or if elements other than Family Self Care cartridges are inserted in the device or if the operating instructions are not followed.

In no event may the above-mentioned warranty be invoked for any harm caused to people or property owing to the operation of the device.

The warranty includes the replacement or repair of the device.
A purchase receipt must be attached to any warranty request submitted to the Family Self Care Customer Service. The cost of shipping the device is not refundable.

Family Self Care’s policy is to honor product warranties only on products purchased directly from Family Self Care or from authorized Family Self Care resellers, and only if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
