Where do you deliver?


The SelfCare1® is designed and assembled in France.
We deliver to North America from our warehouse in the US and to Europe from our facility in France.

  • A list of countries is available below with the estimated delivery time.
  • All these delivery times include up to 48h of processing before shipment.
  • Orders are shipped in one package, once all products are ready for shipment.

🇺🇸 North America

  • USA: 2-3 Business Days depending on location.

Family Self Care only ships to US delivery addresses in the 50 states, cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and cannot guarantee scheduled delivery to Hawaii and Alaska.

🇪🇺 Europe

If you want to deliver your product(s) to Europe, please go to www.familyselfcare.fr and select the most appropriate language for you (French or English).

 

Please note that circumstances affecting the carrier like weather, special events or various incidents might delay delivery. Feel free to contact Support if you're not satisfied with delivery.
