7 simple tips to prevent back pain

Back pain? Often, we neglect our posture when we work from home. Did you know that you can ease back pain with essential oils?

Here are 7 simple tips to prevent back pain:

  1. A massage with essential oils! There are different essential oils that can be used in massage. Please note that not just any oils can be used; you have to always dilute your essential oils in a carrier oil. Find below our selection of oils to use for your massage!
  2. Remember to stretch each day.
  3. Movement is necessary, do regular physical activity or walk at least 30 minutes a day.
  4. Take breaks, clear your mind.
  5. Do yoga, there are different postures to relieve your back pain.
  6. Create a dedicated workspace.
